How are you doing? How are you holding up in Amsterdam? I think its not easy for a person like you with so much talent and you can’t show it.  It is maybe taking old cows out of the ditch: I always said that you left Fryslân too early.

We so enjoyed your play in the Abe Lenstra Stadium.  Although we saw you were  a goldmine, we wanted you to stay longer. But sixteen millions! That’s an offer we could not refuse. You couldn’t say no either. They promised you golden mountains. It’s a pity that you are not coming out of the paint. But it can still happen that you will succeed by the so claimed “sons of god”. You never know how a cow catches a rabbit.

I want to make a prepossession for you: come to sc Heerenveen for one season! You are an attacker who needs the space to walk on the field wherever you want.  You can play on the position attacking midfield. Our team is growing to an higher level again, but we only have one creative player on the midfield. It’s a young player named Djuricic. He has  the same background as you: he was young when he came to us, he’s also from Serbia and is also determined to get to the top of Europe. Two souls, same thoughts. Although you will be competitors for the same position in the team, he could learn a lot from you. If you played both in the team, I think you can play very well together. Like Jut and Jul.

Sometimes you have to take one step back to make two steps forward. A good season in the pump blade shirt would give your career a new boost. We would like to sing your song again when you score for sc Heerenveen! So pack your bag and go back to Fryslân. You will be invited with open arms. I think that Annie and Riemer have already made your bed and you can stay in Langweer as long as you like. When you need rest you can go fishing with our former director!
